alliance grouth

Just offered another alliance to connect with us or quit there alliance and both join are alliance.

As i though it would be a good idea to expand and make more allied alliances

They are only two players but around rank 2000 both of them so i though, it would be good to get more players when they are lower ranks for when they grouth up to a high rank

Mate I appreciate trying to get us members, but you cannot talk to another alliance on our alliances behalf without consent. You are not an officer or a founder. You should limit your communication on our behalf to other users only. I know your intentions are good, but you should ask others opinions before inviting a whole other alliance to merge with us, make a thread asking what people think etc. and you must ask me or Oceanus or any future officers to handle the diplomacy, or at least ask for permission to speak on our behalf.

I am not trying to get bossy or anything, but we cant have every member doing what they think is best for the alliance, or everyone would be pulling it all sorts of directions. There has to be a command chain. You have absolute freedom in this alliance to do anything, dont get me wrong. I really really hope you dont get this the wrong way, as I am very happy you are so active and trying to improve the alliance. You are free to negotiate with them as you contacted them on our behalf, but if they agree to merge etc, have them contact me since Chris is on holiday, and we'll settle terms.

Also I am going to thank you on me and Chris's behalf for bringing in people and trying to bring in more

And make a good trade line for the alliance.

I will ask promision before invite other alliances again to merge with us.

no need to apologize mate, I know you are trying to do good! Well get them to join us if you can, and it will look good on ur CV if you should want to become an officer in the future when we open up slots

I didnt say all that to make you feel bad at all! Lol dont wanna scare our most spammingly active member away just saying you cant deal with another alliance, because they will need to ask you to make decisions you cant make for us. Like settling the rules of agreement blah blah.

See if you can agree with them, and as soon as you run your decisions through me for now, it should be fine

I agree "P" lol there must be chain of command A constructive critisism is that in our rule that the CoC is spelt out clearly (if it's not already) to them so we don't have any potential harm. Good on you Dethon taking the posts in the way they were intended. Cheers
