| There are two inactives in your own system that you can definetly raid without problems.. They have so few points they will NOT be having any defenses... Other than that, I might be able to probe some of the other inactives for you to find some without defenses... Do you have probes yourself? | |

| I will try to see if I can reach that far:P If not, then at least the two inactives in your solar system, should be easy enough targets... They don't have any defense... I guarantee that;) | |

| I recommend following the tutorial, it helps you build a small fleet and rewards you with things to help increase your defenses and fleet =) | |
