I would imagine its under you profile settings. Try to go to ur profile, and find the avatar section. if you cant do it, post it up in this thread and Ill make it your avatar from administration panel.

Yeah just go to Profile on the top menu, then from profile click Avatar which is on the top of the profile bit. From there you can add an image from your computer or a website address. Or from our gallery
