OGame Survey

Has anyone taken this yet?
I just did it, it's probably quite a good idea to do if you forsee yourself playing ogame for a while. They ask you what you would put in future updates (stuff like introducing AI, improving alliance stuff, and quests and other things), and other things like how often you play and what your playing style is. It's probably worth doing

yeah, I took this survey earlier today. Questions about resetting the server makes we worry. If they were to do that I'd be annoyed. Spent far too much of my time on Ogame just to have my hard work wiped.

Well I went and did it and voted against server resetting so I hope they don't implement that.

Yeah I voted against server resetting too. Not a good idea at all.

I doubt they would anyway. People pay money for dark matter and if they cant delete inactive accounts due to legal reasons, I doubt they could do a server reset. Still, it's interesting that they would ask the question.

well on the other hand people would prefer to start on later unis and so the older ones wouldnt get new people and it would become hella boring. i didnt say a flat out NO but somewhere in the middle (if that option was there i hardly remember 2hours ago lol)

Yeah that is true. I guess in some of the older unis where it's almost completely dead, then they have a case to perhaps shut it down. It's either that or keep it running which is probably not good for the developers, Gameforge as they'd have to keep the servers up, without profit. However I do know if I was one of those players that was left I wouldn't happy at it being shut down lol.

One thing I was strongly against was putting a time limit on universes. I don't like the idea of them saying "Okay here's a new universe, knock yourselves out. Oh, and it'll be closed in 3 years."

When you are on ogame, there is a banner down the right of the page about the survey. If you click on that it'll take you there.
